Emails will be sent out on the 15 th and the 20 th of each month for the Beacon submissions. Melissa has sent out a list of Roster needs to everyone individually to meet the 25 th deadline. Melissa reached out to Sue Brooks for the Ancient Mariners items. Melissa has reached out to V/C Dale Hall about the ad information. Melissa asked if she should be sending all checks to Kevin Rae and Kevin confirmed it.

Gary has completed the weekend work schedules and 85% of requests have been filed. Gary is working on a fan out for the POS and manual training on opening weekend.
