Every task except for Check in Team, Lunch Crew, Dinner Crew, & Santa’s Helpers, have been split up into three shifts so members can all have time to enjoy the day.

Check in Team

12:00pm – 1:00pm

Assist in checking in the registered children and handing out their welcome bags. Looking to have three volunteers’ man the check in table on the patio.

Lunch Crew

11am- 1:30pm

Meet in the kitchen at 11am to begin cooking/grilling with the team. This may include taking money, serving, & cleanup as well. Looking for at least 6 people to fill this role.

Dinner Crew

4:30pm – 7:30pm

Meet in the kitchen at 4:30pm to assist in cooking. Dinner begins at 6pm. This could include collecting money, serving, and cleanup. Looking for 6 people to fill this role.
