Request from a member to install a dock box at his NCYC mainland well.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is in good condition following the winter. Some minor items of note to be addressed between now and opening weekend. From our visit on March 26 th , I’d like to take a moment to recognize our resident racoon wrangler, Secretary Javery for his efforts in addressing the racoon who clearly was disappointed that the bar was not yet open for the season. I’d like to acknowledge and thank the members of the flag, board and general membership that worked together to turn the water on to the island and clubhouse last weekend, April 8 th . We have signed a biennial (every other year) maintenance agreement for the air handlers/air conditioning systems on the 1 st and 2 nd floors of the club house. This preventative maintenance should reduce the risk of unplanned outages of cool air in the summer and should also extend the useful life of the equipment. The schedule is:
