A. Annual Membership Enrollment Motion: Christa Betts to propose an annual cutoff date of April 30 each year for approval of new members. Second: Philip Maniaci. Motion Carried

B. Policy Update – Notification, Dues and Worker Pay Motion: Shelley Sweier to propose January 31 as the date payable for annual dues amount. Second: Christa Betts. Motion Carried Motion: Shelley Sweier to propose elimination of “split payment ” annual membership dues provision, effective January 2024. Second: V/C Romatz Motion Carried C. Cash – Free Bar Motion: Philip Maniaci to propose elimination of cash as a means of payment for all bar transactions. Second: Terry Steinmacher. Motion Carried (Roll Call Vote) Cash – Free Bar Motion was rescinded at Special Board Meeting, April 18, 2023.

D. Percentage Limit on Out of State Members Deferred to a later Board meeting.

E. Prior Vendor Lawsuit Update R/C Burkhardt provided an update on lawsuit involving a prior equipment vendor. Motion: R/C Burkhardt to recommend settlement of lawsuit for an amount not to exceed $4,000. Second: Al Douglas. Motion Carried

F. Mainland Wells – Discussion

Deferred to a later Board meeting.

G. Dues Increase – 2024

Deferred to a later Board meeting.

Member of the Month Motion: Christa Betts to recommend P/C Blackburn for Member of the Month for February, Marie Pepin for month of March. Second: Al Douglas. Motion Carried
