NCYC Social Media Policy:

Policy Updates: Social Media Policy: P/C Rick Romatz presented a social media policy prepared by Melissa Winkler, which was highly praised by the committee for its clarity.

Discussion; The Board agreed and stated Melissa did an excellent job and Thank you !

Motion: A Motion was made by V/C Terry Steinmacher to approve the Social Media Policy and go to the Policy Committee. Second: Bill Frederiksen.

Discussion; Everyone agreed on policy

Motion: A Motion was made by Bill Frederikson to approve Work Weekend Exemptions and Work Waiver Policy and go to the Policy Committee. Second: Christa Betts.

Discussion; Table this until future date.

New Member Probationary Period;

Discussion: Commodore Bill Burkhardt asked for a motion to send the finance committee bylaw to the bylaw team. This action aims to formalize the committee's structure within the bylaw, ensuring its continuity and proper handling of funds, similar to a forward planning committee.
