Hugh Vestal and Scott have been working on the instruction manual for opening and closing the clubhouse. It should be ready by the end of March. Hugh will return from Florida on March 11. On March 12, Scott and Hugh will try to get on the island to compose a detailed list of materials needed for bar upgrade, and any other projects. Several members have contacted Scott to volunteer to assist with Elite Brigade projects. Ron Braun and Greg Smith have volunteered to assist with the bar. Greg Criner has also offered his help wherever needed. Signs for ‘NO Alcohol’ to be brought inside the clubhouse to be posted. Bill Calihan to work with Art Brooks to replace the existing signs on the island. Bill Calihan Discussion on raising dockage fees: after extensive competitive fee review of surrounding Marina’s by Bill Calihan, the decision was made to leave dockage fees as is. Repairs required around the Boutique: discussion was relative to Door repair and decking around boutique. Bill Calihan can provide more details if necessary. “D” dock repair, quotes rec’d. decision to pay or find members to repair during the elite brigade. All work should be able to be completed by members, excluding Pilings. Water Bibs to be added to pedestal’s during the spring work parties. Dumpster location: a comment was made relative to the dumpster in regards to a better location to allow ease of parking. No decision made. Our Budget is targeting $136,850 for membership dues. We have collected $114,250. Out of the 7 members on leave of absence in 2015, two have come back. Larry Ianitelli sent in his resignation. Eric Hagendorff resigned. PC Pete Beechral asked for a leave of absence extension and the other two are still on the fence. Six potential members are on the waiting list. Changes to status: Ron Kurlinski moved to Florida and resigned. Marie Yowan passed away. Mike Oliver requested to move from non-boating to boating. Philip Mancini requested to move from boating to leave of absence. Ron Kahl requested a leave of absence. PC Pete Beecherl requested an extension to his leave of absence. Harbor & Grounds – Membership - Kim Miedema presented via skype. The February deadline came and went. We still have 17 members who have not responded and $9,650 to collect. Late fees go into effect March 1.
