Commodores Comments…

Nancy and I would like to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Wherever your holiday travels take you, please be careful and safe. We accomplished a lot with our projects this past year. From finishing the bar renovation, the new walkway and door for easy access to the walk in fridge, and thanks to the First Mates, AC and heat in the upstairs rooms. Please support our future Flag and Boards in their upgrading and preserving our Island and Clubhouse. I would like to thank the Board of Directors, all appointees, the weekday managers, the weekend OD’s, committee members, those who hosted an event and those who helped in preparing, cooking and cleaning up. And thanks to all the members who came out and participated in making this a fantastic year at NCYC. A very special thanks to my wife Nancy, for all of your help, understanding and support. Together we made it a great year. In my last of 36 beacon articles, I want to thank the NCYC members for their trust and support in my running the club, it has been a privilege and an honor.
