Temporary Adjournment:
The meeting was temporarily adjourned at 1:45 for the ballots to be counted.
The meeting was reconvened at 3:00.
PC Bill Bauer stated that we had 175 ballots.
The results are as follows:
Cash Reserve:

Board of Directors:
Daryl Campbell, Ian Blackburn, Kim Miedema. Brian Malik was elected to a
one year term to cover the one year term left vacated by Pat Carroll.

Moved by PC Paul Jarvis to burn the ballots. Seconded by Rich Goodman
