Harbor & Grounds Good day fellow NCYC members, I hope you all are doing well and ready to enjoy a safe and fun 2024 boating season. My admiration and respect for those that have served our members continues to amaze me. Although the weather has not been favorable, the first two Elite Brigades were well supported by the usual soldiers. Amazing how they show up and jump right into the tough stuff. So much to learn and so much knowledge in the ranks.

Plenty of projects in the works. Thank you, Steve Murray, for your leadership on this initiative. Once the necessary work is completed to open the island, we will turn our focus on maintenance and enhancements. Again, we welcome and encourage feedback and suggestions that you feel may benefit our members.

Two former NCYC members have asked to be reinstated.

Motion: Shelley Sweier to approve reinstatements. Second: Mark Javery. Motion Carried

One former NCYC member has reapplied for membership.

Motion: Shelley Sweier to approve request. Second: PC Fringer. Motion Carried

All three have questions regarding the one-time initiation fee.
