NCYC Regular Meeting Minutes January 19, 2023 Page 6 of 10

A few highlights of these policies are as follows:

a) The participants should be part of a reciprocating yachting associations, Member sponsored, organized charities or community establishment. b) The participants past behavior should be considered. c) The Weekday Manager or O.D. should be consulted to gain their approval. d) Weekday Rendezvous should be between Sunday noon to Thursday noon of the same week. e) Weekend Rendezvous should only take place during an NCYC outgoing Rendezvous and be limited to a total of 20 boats for the weekend. f) Dockage should be size appropriate beginning with the guest wells.

Over the next few months, the decisions you make will help mitigate the stress put upon our Weekday Managers and O.D.’s.

Sincerely,

P/C Ian Blackburn and Marie Pepin
