Ensure the planning and budgeƟng for the future is carried out in accordance with the wishes of the members. E. Be visible and available to listen and address Member’s issues in a Ɵmely manner. Use a “Management by Wandering Around” approach seeking membership feedback and input. F. To sign or countersign checks with one of the following: Vice- Commodore, Treasurer. G. Demonstrates good working knowledge of the By laws, policies, and the duƟes of all Directors, office holders and subcommiƩees. SecƟon 2. Vice-Commodore.
