also empowered to make spelling correcƟons to the By-Laws without general membership approval. B. Appoint qualified delegates for one year to any associaƟon to which the Club may be enƟtled to representaƟon. C. Review and approve applicaƟons for membership in the Club and accept resignaƟons. They shall have full power to expel, suspend and reinstate members. All resignaƟons must be in wriƟng. D. Appoint for one year all such commiƩees as they shall deem necessary for management of the clubhouse, properƟes, and dockage, except as otherwise provided herein. E.
