The club’s Membership Director, as determined by the NCYC Board of Directors, will bill any member not working his/ her required work hours following the last work party of the year. If the amount due is not paid by November 30 th , Membership privileges will be suspended under exisƟng Bylaw ArƟcle V, SecƟon 2. Membership renewal will not be accepted unƟl amount due is paid in full. The NCYC Board of Directors reserves the right to consider special circumstances when determining members required work assessments. JUNIOR MEMBERS: Junior memberships shall be available to the immediate family of current members in good standing between the ages of 18 and 25 years of age. Junior members shall enjoy limited privileges; however, they shall not vote or hold office. Junior members DO NOT have docking privileges, which includes guest boats and incoming rendezvous sponsorship privileges. Junior members that complete the obligaƟons for the full seven (7) years between the ages of 18 to 25 years of age will qualify for a waiver of the membership iniƟaƟon fee. Junior members in good standing for at least five (5) years may join as non-boaƟng members. Any shortage in junior member years or obligaƟons will be reviewed and the iniƟaƟon fee will be pro-rated by the
