FIN RUNNERS : Life jackets are provided on the fin runners for all occupants and their usage is always encouraged. Maximum capacity on fin runners not to be exceeded at any Ɵme. Per Coast Guard order - Current maximum number of passengers including driver and crew is eight (8). Coast Guard regulaƟons mandate NO SMOKING, NO CONSUMING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND ALL PASSENGERS MUST BE SEATED DURING FIN RUNNER OPERATION. The island O.D. is entrusted with Fin Runner usage and only “authorized” operators are allowed to use these boats. Fin Runners are for use to and from the island and the mainland parking lot only. The direcƟon of the Fin Runner on weekends will be one way with the direcƟon of traffic. SMOKING : The enƟre Clubhouse is a Non-Smoking facility, i.e. cigareƩes, cigars, pipes, vaping and electronic cigareƩes. This includes the 2nd and 3rd floors. Further, to support and remain consistent with the US Coast Guard ruling that it is a federal offense to transport cannabis/marijuana via the waters of the Great Lakes therefore the use of cannabis/marijuana is strictly prohibited at NCYC in its
