An acƟvity report shall be completed for each Club acƟvity/event by the Club Member supervising/hosƟng the acƟvity/event on the prescribed NCYC acƟvity report sheet supplied by the acƟvity chairperson. An acƟvity report shall be completed and forwarded to the acƟvity chairperson within 14 days aŌer the acƟvity/event date accompanied by all expense receipts and funds from the acƟvity/event not already deposited. A Club acƟvity/event shall encompass, but not be limited to all public meals, meeƟngs, fund raisers, ouƟngs, rendezvous’, sales, etc. that are held on club grounds and/or organized on behalf of the Club off grounds. Private Member parƟes and bowling excluded. DOCKAGE MAINLAND WELLS : Purpose NCYC has 20 mainland wells that are available for summer lease to provide members a place to keep their smaller boats and/or ‘water toys’ for their own personal use at or around NCYC. Approval for a request to lease a well or to renew a previously leased well is solely at the discreƟon of the Board of Directors. All interpretaƟons of this policy, where necessary, shall be the sole responsibility of the Board of Directors. Any "special circumstances" deviaƟon or excepƟon to this policy must have prior approval of the Board of Directors. MAINLAND WELLS: Eligibility and WaiƟng List
