AcƟve in descending order of seniority by date of waiƟng list request “Non-BoaƟng” members

Any member who resigns or goes to Leave of Absence status will be removed from the waiƟng list and/or forfeit any current well assignment immediately. Any Member on the waiƟng list who turns down the opportunity to lease a well within his/her range of requested wells when offered will automaƟcally be moved to the end of the waiƟng list. MAINLAND WELLS: Lease Terms Lease term is for one season (calendar year). Board of Directors will determine summer well rental fees. Signed lease agreement and full payment are due on April 1 and may result in forfeit of well if not received by April 15. Agreement must be accompanied by a current copy oŌhe vessel's registraƟon and cerƟficate of insurance unless previously provided. Subleasing is not permiƩed. Lease is specific to lessee, vessel, and well. Assigned well may only be used by lessee. Lessee may only use assigned well and only for vessel(s) described in lease.
