The Fin Runner dock is to be used for loading and unloading only. Fires are strictly prohibited anywhere in the parking lot, including on the vessel or dock. Dock boxes are prohibited unless approved by the board. Parking in the mainland lot is on a first come first serve basis. There is no reserved parking. Please allow 4 feet between your vehicle and the seawall so lessees may access their wells. Please be courteous when parking vehicles to allow 4 feet between your vehicle and the mainland wells seawall so lessees may access their wells. The Fin Runner dock is to be used for loading and unloading only. ISLAND WELLS: Dockage prioriƟes are:  First: members  Second: visiƟng Yachtsmen and guests On party weekends, as idenƟfied by the Board of Directors, each Member is allowed to use one (1) well only. However, a member may have another boat in their well, providing it does not interfere with traffic or become a docking hazard.
