Displaying Docking Passes: The OD will issue a no-charge designated Day Pass which must be visibly always displayed on the boat. Overnight dockage will be charged to any nonmember’s boat occupying a well aŌer 7:00 P.M. Nonmembers will receive a designated overnight docking pass which must be visibly displayed on their boat. PenalƟes for Failure to Pay Dockage: If a guest does not pay their dockage, then the sponsoring Member on the Guest Sign-In Log will be billed for that expense. Guest Procedures on Holiday Weekends: On Holiday weekends and designated Party Weekends, only a member’s boat will be allowed to dock at NCYC. Member boats are defined as a member aboard their own boat or a Member on board a guest’s boat, but not both. Guest Privileges for Suspended or Expelled Members: Individuals that are Suspended, Expelled, applied for and been denied membership, or on Leave of Absence (LOA) are
