9. OD and week manager training plan – Secretary Gary Jialanella Gary will setup training on the Saturday of opening weekend. Commodore Glenn Nixon and Al Douglas will assist with the training.

11. Harbormaster job description – responsibilities and working with OD and week managers Scott Goemmel will propose a job description for “Harbor Master”, he will present it to the board. Commodore Glenn Nixon suggests adding this as an appointed position.

2. New POS system – Supplies Director Al Douglas Al is looking into a new POS system as the current system is a Windows 7 system which will not be compatible October of 2021. He is looking into a cloud-based system. V/C Dale Hall sat through a presentation with Al on the cloud-based system. Al will reach out to P/C Ian Blackburn to help assist him in researching new systems. Kevin suggests going to North Star Sail Club to check out their system, Kevin said he would be happy to set something up so Al can meet with them.

3. Blessing of the Fleet at Mariners Church Detroit March 14 No help needed per V/C Dale Hall

4. Traditions Committee kickoff Tabled to April. P/C Rick Romatz and P/C Denise Huntley will join the call to talk about this.

5. Policy Committee – Limitations on extended stays on the Island Tabled to April

7. ABYA Dinner Dance – P/C Bill Calihan The ABYA dance is scheduled for Saturday June 4-6, 2021, with the dinner dance being June 5 th . NCYC will allow 100 guests and 40 boats will be allowed.
