Commodore, Glenn Nixon

The season is coming along, we have had some great events: the rendezvous, Labor Day was outstanding, the P/C beer bust was great, thank you to everyone that helped. We still have a lot of fun things before the season is over: The Commodores golf outing this weekend, The ever-popular Smoke on the Water next weekend, The Polish Party on October 2 nd and Haul Out on October 9 th . We’re counting down the weekends but we still have a lot going on and we are looking forward to it! Thank you to all the members that made all of these events possible we appreciate it very much.

I want to thank Commodore Glenn Nixon, R/C Brian Fringer, The Board of Directors and The First Mates for everything we accomplished Labor Day weekend. I thought the food, the music and the comradery was second to none and the attendance was outstanding here on the island, great job everybody! We have 3 big events remaining in our season and we encourage everyone on the Board of Directors to stay engaged and make sure that we are all working hard for our membership throughout Haul Out weekend. I would like to thank lady Sheila for another wonderful dinner, she amazes me every time. Thank you, Al Douglas, for a great Labor Day, your crew did a fantastic job. We have 3 great events coming up and I’m looking forward to them. I’m really looking forward to the Commodores golf outing this weekend, it should be a great time.
