NOTES FROM THE CHAPLAIN, ART BROOKS On January 30, 2018 , William Fredrick Scarpace , aka “Mirror Man” passed away. Bill and Arlene were long time NCYC members. Visitation was at D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home in Warren. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Scarpace and Charles Cook ( stepson) family. A lesson from the Bible…… Proverbs 10:9 “The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out”. “Tell the truth the first time and then you won’t have to remember what you said” . That’s a quote attributed to the famous Speaker of the House, Sam Rayburn. If you choose to live a life being deceitful or perverse, you will constantly be worrying that people will find out. There is no security or assurance in crooked path.
