NCYC MEMBERSHIP CARD/GIFT CARDS : NCYC GiŌ Cards have no cash value and funds are non transferable. In the event a member resigns his membership in good standing or takes an approved Leave of Absence, that Member will be issued a refund subject to Board approval. Any Funds remaining on a GiŌ Card at the end of the calendar year will remain acƟve on that card for future use. In the event a GiŌ Card goes inacƟve for a period of 12- months, a $10.00 per month maintenance fee will be charged to the Card unƟl a zero balance is achieved. NCYC is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. FIN RUNNER SERVICE : Monday thru Sunday - On Call Fin Runner service is at the discreƟon of the Officer on Duty (O.D.). MEMBER BEHAVIOR : Members should conduct themselves in a courteous manner and always promote good fellowship. Offensive language (profanity) and behavior will not be tolerated. North Channel Yacht Club has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding any unwanted physical or sexual contact. This behavior will be handled according to NCYC By-Law ArƟcle 5, SecƟon 4.
