Parents are responsible for the acƟons and safety of their children. Parents are expected to know the whereabouts of their children and enforce the Club rules. Members are responsible for the behavior and safety of their guests. GENERAL CLUB POLICY INFRACTIONS : General Club Policy InfracƟons will be handled in the following manner. 1st offense: Member will receive a warning leƩer from the Board of Directors explaining infracƟon. 2nd offense: Member will receive noƟficaƟon from Board of Directors requiring them to appear before the Board to explain the circumstance, the Board will determine the appropriate acƟon at that Ɵme. The Board may act up to and including expulsion depending on the violaƟon. CORRESPONDENCE : Any correspondence containing the statement “To Be Read at the Next Board of Directors MeeƟng” will be sent by leƩer or email only to the Board of Directors or Flag Officers. Member signed correspondence pertaining to NCYC business must be read at the next regular board meeƟng. Correspondence will read by the Club Secretary. Correspondence should not be shared or discussed prior to the next regular Board meeƟng unless it is determined that it needs immediate aƩenƟon. All correspondence will be kept in printed form by the Club Secretary.
