INCOMING WEEKEND RENDEZVOUS : AffiliaƟon with approved yachƟng associaƟons, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous pracƟces and past behavior will all be considered. Length of stay is defined as Friday arrival and departure of all boats no later than Sunday 6pm of the same weekend. Weekend Rendezvous will only be allowed during NCYC outgoing Rendezvous Weekends. NCYC limits availability to a maximum of 20 boats of any one affiliaƟon or combinaƟon of several others, for guest dockage for Weekend Rendezvous. The same requirements for approval of applicaƟon, list of visitors and docking requirements detailed in the Weekday policy applies for Weekend policy. As a Charter Member of Anchor Bay YachƟng AssociaƟon, NCYC recognizes the ABYA Spring Weekend Dinner/ Dance event outside the scope as defined above for Weekend Rendezvous; and as such, the Board of Directors have discreƟon on maximum wells made available for guest dockage during this event. Dockage will be size appropriately assigned by Incoming Rendezvous Harbor Master and/or Weekend O.D. beginning with the guest wells and be consistent with Member dockage priority policy. reciprocaƟng
