with yachƟng associaƟons, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous pracƟces, and past behavior will be considered. NCYC will not allow for Poker Runs to start and/or finish at NCYC. SPECIAL EVENTS : On occasion NCYC may allow for day events on the property. ConsideraƟon to affiliaƟon with approved reciprocaƟng yachƟng associaƟons, Member sponsorship, organized charity, community establishments, previous pracƟces, and past behavior will be considered. EMPLOYEES & CONTRACTORS : Outside labor shall be under direct control of the club official in charge of that funcƟon or project. LIABILITY : The club shall not be responsible for any damage, real or personal, resulƟng from any acƟon by members, pets, guests, officers, or employees. AUTHORITY : The Week Manager or Weekend Officer on Duty (O.D.) oversees the Island. Weekend Officers on Duty responsibility begins at 6:00 P.M. Friday and the Week approved reciprocaƟng
