II. OLD BUSINESS

A. Mainland Wells and Winter Storage Fees Increase

Motion made by Terry Steinmacher to increase lease rates and storage rates. Second: Mark Javery. Motion Carried.

New rates, effective January 1, 2024, as follows:

Wells 1 – 6:

$650 per season

Wells 7 – 20: $575 per season

• Storage rates (consistent with boat size for existing rates): • $100 (old rate $50) • $150 (old rate $75) • $200 (old rate $100)

B. Capital Project Update – Treasurer provided a brief status update on cumulative costs of projects.

C. 2024 Budget Update – Treasurer presented proposed 2024 budget for Board approval.

Motion: Philip Maniaci to approve 2024 Budget. Second: R/C Burkhardt. Motion Carried.

D. Pontoon Work Boat – Al Douglas provided a brief update on continuing search.
