Daily liquor permit applications are currently being prepared for three events this summer. The cost is 25.00 each.

NEW BUSINESS

Frank Corcoran presented a handout to the board regarding the OD assignment process and reviewed each page for clarity. He also reviewed the process for staffing levels with the board.

Traditions and Policy Committees: A discussion took place recommending that the policies committee be tasked with the duty of documenting the clubs traditions and making them available to the membership. Motion : Moved by Ron Draper and seconded by Dale Hall that the policies committee be assigned with the duty of documenting the clubs traditions and making them available to the membership. Motion Carried.

Commodore Ian Blackburn discussed the final details for the flag raising ceremony on opening weekend.

Member of Month Motion : Moved by R/C Glenn Nixon and seconded by Tom Altobelli that member Kim Miedema be nominated for member of the month for her outstanding work on the roster. Motion Carried.

Good of the order

John Sweier: John suggested that drones be added to the list of prohibited vehicles on the island which are outlined on page 82 of the roster. Motion: Moved by John Sweier and seconded by Frank Corcoran to ask the policy committee to look into adding drones to the list of prohibited vehicles at NCYC. All in favor 4. Opposed 5.Motion failed to carry.
