Once the cap is reached, the Membership Director will maintain a waitlist for non-regional memberships. Prospective members on the waitlist will be contacted and processed according to current policy when an opening becomes available and the cap falls below the limit. Motion: Mark Javery to propose above language be placed on the 2024 Ballot for Membership approval. Second: Melissa Winkler. Motion Carried.

B. NCYC Financial Forecast Report, 10 Year

Motion: VC Burkhardt proposed $100 dues increase, effective January 1, 2025. Second: Christa Betts. Motion Carried.

C. Future Plans – Finn #1. PC Fringer stated there was no update at this time.

3. 2024 Election - Board & Flag Officer Candidate Nominations

PC Hall, Nominating Committee Chairman, presented the following candidates for 2024: Flag Officers Commodore – Bill Burkhardt Vice Commodore – Terry Steinmacher Rear Commodore – Christa Betts; Mark Javery

Motion: VC Burkhardt for approval of proposed candidate slate. Second: Philip Maniaci. Motion Carried.

Special Meeting Addendum, August 27, 2024 Following Board approval of the above recommended candidates at the August 7, 2024 Board Meeting, a Director nominee listed above withdrew as a candidate for the 2024 election, for personal reasons.
