it‌‌did‌‌and‌‌I‌‌think‌‌they‌‌are‌‌on‌‌vacaton,‌‌so‌‌board‌‌approval‌‌contngent‌‌on‌‌Kim‌‌and‌‌Tony’s‌‌fnal‌‌ approval‌‌would‌‌be‌‌appreciated‌‌and‌‌I‌‌will‌‌communicate‌‌with‌‌the‌‌guests‌‌as‌‌needed.‌ ‌ ‌ Moton‌‌by:‌‌ P/C‌‌Bill‌‌Calihan‌‌ ‌Second‌ ‌ by‌ :‌‌Kevin‌‌Rae‌‌ Moton‌ :‌‌Carried‌‌by‌‌all‌ ‌ Financial‌‌summary.‌‌This‌‌is‌‌a‌‌rough‌‌estmate,‌‌but‌‌asking‌‌the‌‌average‌‌visitng‌‌boat‌‌is‌‌35‌‌feet‌‌($70/night‌‌ dockage)‌‌the‌‌guests‌‌dockage‌‌from‌‌mostly‌‌Ohio‌‌visitors‌‌represents‌‌at‌‌least‌‌$21,000.‌‌In‌‌additon,‌‌they‌‌ will‌‌spend‌‌a‌‌considerable‌‌amount‌‌of‌‌money‌‌at‌‌our‌‌bar!‌‌No‌‌less‌‌than‌‌an‌‌additonal‌‌$10k‌‌or‌‌more.‌‌Plus‌‌ there‌‌are‌‌at‌‌least‌‌2‌‌prospectve‌‌members‌‌that‌‌our‌‌weekday‌‌managers‌‌can‌‌help‌‌address.‌‌It‌‌looks‌‌busy‌‌ but‌‌it’s‌‌worth‌‌it‌‌in‌‌my‌‌personal‌‌opinion.‌‌ ‌ ‌ Rendezvous‌ ‌ Cruises‌‌are‌‌nearly‌‌ready‌‌to‌‌happen!‌‌We‌‌are‌‌very‌‌excited‌‌about‌‌the‌‌agendas‌‌and‌‌atendees.‌‌Fan‌‌Outs‌‌ will‌‌begin‌‌next‌‌week‌‌for‌‌both‌‌and‌‌reminders‌‌and‌‌more‌‌detailed‌‌agendas‌‌will‌‌follow‌‌to‌‌ensure‌‌atendees‌‌ read‌‌them‌‌and‌‌are‌‌ready‌‌for‌‌the‌‌cruises. ‌ ‌ There‌‌are‌‌stll‌‌alot‌‌of‌‌checks‌‌that‌‌need‌‌to‌‌be‌‌sent‌‌and‌‌this‌‌will‌‌be‌‌part‌‌of‌‌the‌‌Fanout‌‌-‌‌mostly‌‌for‌‌St‌‌Clair.‌‌ I‌‌have‌‌received‌‌22‌‌checks‌‌totaling‌‌$3300.‌‌These‌‌are‌‌in‌‌my‌‌possession.‌‌I‌‌can‌‌deposit‌‌for‌‌the‌‌club‌‌or‌‌I‌‌ can‌‌give‌‌to‌‌whomever‌‌the‌‌board‌‌desires.‌‌In‌‌additon,‌‌Dennis‌‌provided‌‌the‌‌cruise‌‌fnancial‌‌summary‌‌ forms‌‌which‌‌I‌‌will‌‌complete‌‌afer‌‌each‌‌cruise‌‌is‌‌done.‌‌NOTE:‌‌Lexington‌‌had‌‌to‌‌be‌‌build‌‌to‌‌loose‌‌money,‌‌ however,‌‌St‌‌Clair‌‌was‌‌built‌‌to‌‌make‌‌up‌‌for‌‌that‌‌and‌‌possibly‌‌have‌‌a‌‌small‌‌surplus.‌‌Overall‌‌for‌‌the‌‌year,‌‌ the‌‌fnancials‌‌are‌‌in‌‌order‌‌for‌‌the‌‌cruises‌‌to‌‌be‌‌self-funding.‌‌The‌‌St‌‌Clair‌‌band‌‌is‌‌being‌‌sponsored‌‌by‌‌ Jeferson‌‌Beach‌‌Yacht‌‌Sales. ‌ ‌ Lexington‌‌-‌‌14‌‌boats‌‌+‌‌Goemmel’s‌‌staying‌‌on‌‌Javery’s‌‌boat‌‌=‌‌31‌‌people.‌‌The‌‌only‌‌informaton‌‌I‌‌have‌‌is‌‌ from‌‌the‌‌checks‌‌received‌‌as‌‌Lexington‌‌State‌‌Harbor‌‌and‌‌the‌‌DNR‌‌have‌‌been‌‌unable‌‌to‌‌give‌‌me‌‌who‌‌ they‌‌have‌‌signed‌‌up.‌‌I‌‌will‌‌collect‌‌onsite‌‌if‌‌anyone‌‌shows‌‌up‌‌that‌‌is‌‌not‌‌on‌‌my‌‌list‌‌:) ‌ ‌ St‌‌Clair‌‌-‌‌30‌‌boats,‌‌60‌‌people,‌‌plus‌‌2‌‌couples‌‌coming‌‌for‌‌dinner‌‌only.‌‌Have‌‌only‌‌collected‌‌from‌‌13‌‌boats‌‌ so‌‌will‌‌be‌‌sending‌‌out‌‌reminders.‌‌This‌‌list‌‌came‌‌from‌‌St‌‌Clair‌‌Harbor‌‌who‌‌WAS‌‌ABLE‌‌to‌‌give‌‌me‌‌ everyone‌‌that‌‌signed‌‌up.‌‌I‌‌will‌‌be‌‌reconciling‌‌with‌‌them‌‌again‌‌next‌‌week‌‌and‌‌will‌‌Fan‌‌Out‌‌and‌‌email‌‌to‌‌ those‌‌that‌‌stll‌‌have‌‌to‌‌send‌‌in‌‌their‌‌money.‌‌NOTE:‌‌St‌‌Clair‌‌may‌‌have‌‌some‌‌additonal‌‌wells‌‌lef!‌‌ ‌ ‌ Everything‌‌is‌‌coming‌‌together.‌‌A‌‌special‌‌should‌‌out‌‌to‌‌Kim‌‌and‌‌Tony‌‌for‌‌stepping‌‌up‌‌to‌‌take‌‌over‌‌our‌‌ weekday‌‌manager‌‌dutes‌‌on‌‌Friday‌‌of‌‌the‌‌Lexington‌‌cruise.‌‌Michele‌‌and‌‌I‌‌are‌‌coming‌‌straight‌‌from‌‌ weekday‌‌managing‌‌to‌‌running‌‌the‌‌cruise.‌‌We‌‌may‌‌need‌‌some‌‌help‌‌with‌‌bringing‌‌supplies,‌‌tents,‌‌etc.‌‌ But‌‌we‌‌will‌‌also‌‌have‌‌2‌‌SUV’s‌‌as‌‌well. ‌ ‌ Thank‌‌you‌‌all‌‌-‌‌end‌‌of‌‌report.‌ ‌

1.Status‌‌of‌‌A-Dock‌‌extension‌‌project‌ ‌ The‌ ‌A-Dock‌ ‌extension‌ ‌project‌ ‌is‌ ‌progressing‌ ‌thanks‌ ‌to‌ ‌Ron‌ ‌Braun‌ ‌and‌ ‌Steve‌ ‌Martn.‌ ‌New‌ ‌wood‌ ‌was‌‌ installed‌ ‌on‌ ‌the‌ ‌frst‌ ‌8‌ ‌feet.‌ ‌Kevin‌ ‌Verkest‌ ‌is‌ ‌about‌ ‌2‌ ‌–‌ ‌3‌ ‌weeks‌ ‌out‌ ‌to‌ ‌have‌‌the‌‌job‌‌completed.‌‌To‌‌date‌‌ we‌‌have‌‌spent‌‌approximately‌‌$4500.00‌‌for‌‌this‌‌project.‌‌ ‌ ‌ 2.‌‌Update‌‌on‌‌new‌‌POS‌‌system‌‌-‌‌Supplies‌‌Director‌‌Al‌‌Douglas‌ ‌
