Letter from Brian Robertson from Sandusky Yacht Club, asking to reciprocate to any NCYC member. No dates identified at this time. Information provided to Harbor Master Tony Rybinski to gather more detail. Incoming visiting yachtsmen requests will be covered at the February NCYC BOD meeting.

Thank you letter from Ron Kemp to current Commodore and Board of Directors and First Mates thanking everyone for his get-well gift and thoughts during his recent surgery. Ron is doing well.

1) Complete the Dock Extension at North end of Battleship Row. Spoke with Kevin Verkest and the installation plan is April 2022 during Elite Brigade. Also will have to order the decking that was not included in original proposal

2) Installation of walkway (decking) from Boatique to D Dock. Will be looking into finding someone to head up the project.

3) Handrail around A Dock & Battleship Row. Doug Betts, Kevin Versets and Terry will schedule a meeting and a site visit to St. Clair to explore various handrails options

4) Install New Pedestals. (Still have pedestals in shed that have already been purchased never been installed as of yet) Check the box to see if they are marked for a specific location.

5) Install Generator. Working with clubhouse (Bill Burkhardt) and PC Randy Pagel on this project. Cement pad was already installed and waiting on the arrival of the generator to complete the installation
