6) Check/replace for Loose/Rotten Boards around docks in East Harbor. (Will be looking into someone to head up the project)

7) Installation of the Paddle Board Dock that Margarete Herr organized a fund raiser for the purchase of the dock

8) Installation of privacy fencing around the new generator

9) Installation of the GFCI protected breakers on all the pedestals located throughout the island
